Working Principle

Field digital switching signals enter the module through front terminals. After passing over-voltage protection circuit and optoelectronic isolation, signals are shaped and filtered. The onboard logic circuit encodes valid signals and transmits data to DCS backplane bus. The main controller reads signal status in real time. The fault detection circuit monitors channel state and outputs alarm when open circuit or abnormal voltage occurs.
