Working Principle
The servo driver inputs three-phase alternating current to the motor stator winding to generate a rotating magnetic field. The permanent magnet rotor rotates synchronously with the magnetic field. The rear-end encoder feeds back the real-time speed and position of the motor to the driver to form a closed-loop control system, so as to realize accurate adjustment of speed, position and torque.

Installation Requirements
- Install horizontally or vertically according to equipment requirements, ensure firm flange fixation
- The shaft connection adopts coupling connection, avoid rigid impact and radial overload
- Reserve heat dissipation space around the motor, do not enclose it in a fully closed narrow space
- Wiring use dedicated servo shielded cable, encoder cable and power cable are laid separately
Usage Notes
- Do not run the motor beyond the rated speed and rated torque for a long time
- Avoid axial and radial excessive impact on the output shaft
- Regularly check the bearing operating noise and shaft seal
- Keep the wiring box sealed to prevent dust and water from entering
- Prohibit operation in strong corrosive and dusty environment
