Working Principle
After the power is on, the CPU executes the user program cyclically according to the scan cycle: first reads the state of on-site input signals, then executes logic, arithmetic and control programs, finally outputs control signals to on-site actuators. Meanwhile, it completes data interaction with man-machine interface, other PLCs and upper computer through the communication interface, and runs self-diagnosis programs to ensure system normal operation.

Installation Requirements
- Install on standard 35 mm DIN mounting rail
- Horizontal installation ambient temperature not exceeding 60 °C, vertical installation not exceeding 45 °C
- Keep 20 mm or above ventilation gap around the module
- Power supply wiring use twisted pair, separate power line and signal line
Usage Notes
- Switch the mode switch only when the program is stopped
- Avoid frequent power on and off of the equipment
- Use shielded cables for communication lines and do not lay together with power cables
