Working Principle:
The DCS controller sends on/off control commands to the module via backplane bus. The internal drive circuit energizes or de-energizes relay coils to control the closing and opening of relay contacts. The contacts directly control the power loop of field motors, solenoid valves and contactors to complete switch control.

- Keep ventilation to reduce relay operating temperature

- Check contact ablation regularly under frequent switching
- Cut off external strong current power before module replacement
- Avoid long-term overload of relay contacts
