Working Principle:
Field discrete signals pass through overvoltage protection and EMI filter circuits, then are converted into standard digital logic signals. The module transmits processed data to Ovation DCS controller via backplane bus, and feeds real-time channel status to the upper monitoring system.

Installation Requirements:
- Install on standard Ovation DCS rack, vertical installation only
- Maintain 20 mm minimum ventilation gap around the module
- Wiring strictly follows signal classification: separate power cable and signal cable
- Torque of terminal wiring screws: 0.8 N·m to 1.2 N·m
Usage Notes:
- Do not apply overrated voltage to input channels
- Keep module away from corrosive gas, dust and liquid splash
- Cut off field power before field wiring operation
- Regularly inspect terminal tightness and LED status
