TRICONEX PS8310 is an original factory-manufactured safety-grade redundant DC power supply module produced by Schneider Electric TRICONEX. It belongs to the core power supply hardware of the Trident/Tricon Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) Safety Instrumented System (SIS). This module provides stable, isolated and redundant regulated 24 V DC power output for the entire TRICONEX safety system backplane, main CPU processor modules, communication interface modules and all safety DI/DO/AI/AO I/O modules.

PS8310 adopts independent dual-channel hot standby redundant power supply design. Two fully independent power supply units operate simultaneously; one channel provides main output power, the other channel works in real-time hot standby state. Single channel fault triggers seamless automatic switchover to standby channel. The module achieves zero single-point power supply failure performance and maintains complete SIL3 safety integrity.
